      If you work hard, they'll give you the opportunities. Great benefits, great pay. Intelligent, motivated co-workers.

      Cons

      It's high pressure and very fast paced (could be a pro depending on your perspective). Expectations on work load is very high, expect to work early/late often during the week and not rare to be working weekends.
