Pros

So welcoming. Such meaningful work. It's clear that people have a heart bent on helping people, and almost everyone has nonprofit experience. The camaraderie is one of a kind. People always want to get lunch together, they hang out after work, and an afternoon Frolf break is not out of the question. In my first week at the company, my boss had me over to his house. This place is awesome. This company has big goals and is going places. Get on board. I'm going to miss working here.

Cons

The ice dispenser spills on the floor too easily. There were too many opportunities to eat donuts/cakes/cookies/candies.

Pros

Amazing coworkers Games during lunch Product that employees & customers truly believe is changing the world Open door policy with upper level management

Cons

Sometimes product updates don't happen as often as customers would like (but that's just because the developers are making sure it's created the best it can be).

Pros

Progressive work environment, new building, certain employees are honest and great to work with

Cons

CEO creates a money-focused culture which leads to mistrust and burn-out. Company success is far different than employee success and satisfaction. Culture is a 'cliche' of buying pizza for employees instead of real culture of two-way communication, profit sharing, work-life balance, employee benefits, and good pay. Positive cash flow is more important that employee fulfillment and satisfaction
