Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful and extremely competent. They are extremely good at what they do. The company has strong business plans to go along with a strong and well-established reputation and is positioned for rapid growth.
Cons
The work is highly technical and challenging.

Pros
Great people, fun projects, excellent culture. During my time at the Marlborough branch, I worked with very knowledgeable people who were always willing to lend a hand or play a quick game of hackysack. Biweekly technical content shares were great for developing skills and learning new technologies. Bloomy provided excellent training, mentorship, and certification exam preparation.
Cons
Pay was okay but not competitive with similar companies. Ultimately left this position to work at a company not too far away doing similar work, for just about double the salary.
