      Great small company vibe Fast paced environment Wide variety of projects to broaden your experiences Great balance of customer interaction and technical work

      Most engineers are off on their own working directly with customers This leads to minimal tribal knowledge since many best practices are not shared among team members Bonus system is bogus Lacks good business processes for making consulting profitable
