Great Pay, Overworked BCBAs

Pay is very competitive, Holiday party had a lot of effort put in

Cons

Not a lot of morning clients. Hard to get full time work. BCBAs have a lot of clients and are often pretty slow to update targets. No protection if parents call out a lot other than maybe a coverage session an hour away from you. If you're neurodivergent, it's just like the other organizations around here that find you difficult just for sticking to rules and ethics codes. Be wary. They do ask you to work outside of work hours.

-recent requirements to mitigate RBT turnover have been questionable. Just creates extra work for BCBAs but I appreciate them trying out solutions.
