      The benefits were great, I really enjoyed the dynamic between Blu Omega and holiday events. I'm going to miss working with them and hope I reconnect with them

      The leaders here truly have the best interest for their employees and their clients. It's a transparent organization where they've established an environment where bringing your authentic self is not only welcomed, but encouraged.

      Cons

      We are primarily remote! I would love to see my colleagues more!!!
