Pros? A paycheck is about it.

Cons

Lack of consistency. Fifty-year-old policies that no one follows. No accrued time off. You are told when to use your vacation. Unaffordable insurance. Temporary status indefinitely. Marginal pay. Dilapidated building that floods when it rains. Mold throughout. No clear leadership within corporate offices. Old equipment.
