Reasonable shift hours, 7:30-4. HR was quite reasonable for most anything.

Cons

Unstable management with an inability to recognize issues. Actively works against improvements of facilities. Owner has expressed that taking a breather after moving heavy inventory "is as useful as a leaving a $20 bill lying on the floor". Several further examples can be cited.
