Good coworkers and free coffee.

Cons

Management in meetings throughout entire workday, which leaves little access to superiors. You may have daily meetings with approximately 30+ team members to discuss daily project updates for projects that take 12-18 months to implement. Sometimes your project wouldn't come up on the list but still required to sit through.
