Pros

Once you become full time they have a good pay rate. The work schedule is a steady work with no rotating shifts.

Cons

It takes to long to get hired on full time and the benefits are not that great. They need a Union because its a lot of inside problems on the job. they lay off to much as well.

Managers at times are very insensitive. Blue Bird has many poorly trained managers.
