Pros

Blue Bird offers stability — it’s a secure job in a company that’s been around a long time. I was fortunate to bond quickly with my managers, which made the onboarding process smoother and day-to-day interactions more enjoyable.

Cons

The work environment is very old-fashioned. Most offices don’t have windows, and the company culture feels stuck in the early 2000s. There’s little flexibility in the schedule, which makes it hard to balance life outside of work. Contributions aren’t always seen or valued. Compensation seems below market based on publicly available data, and the health insurance could be improved.
