Pros

I have been with this company for 3 years. I've never had a better experience and treated as wonderful as I do with Blue Compass RV. The core values the company instills should be implemented in every organization. I highly recommend starting your next career choice with this company.

Cons

It does sometimes feel that the job is never ending or that getting a full day off is extremely rare. I suppose it comes with the territory of being in sales and my phone always receiving phone calls, texts, or emails.
