Pros

Some people in service & sales were cool.

Cons

Working in this department can be challenging due to a lack of recognition for the hard work that is put in daily. Unfortunately, accomplishments often go unnoticed, while mistakes, no matter how small, are highlighted and disproportionately blamed on the individual. This can create a discouraging work environment where feedback is rarely constructive and management is unapproachable. The department frequently suffers from issues related to disorganization, such as technicians disrupting the workspace by taking parts without proper communication, which leads to inefficiencies and unnecessary stress. Additionally, employees are often expected to operate with minimal guidance or training, yet are held to unreasonably high standards. This contributes to a culture where favoritism and negative reinforcement prevail, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. Constructive feedback and acknowledgment of achievements are scarce, leading to a work environment that can feel isolating and discouraging. The lack of proper training and communication exacerbates these issues, making it difficult to perform at your best. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I believe there are significant opportunities for improvement in how the department is managed and how employees are treated.

Pros

- There is money to be made, you can make +$20k in January at Rv shows. - They sell quality point Rvs - the building is beautiful but doesn't match the lack of technology the business has.

Cons

- Management only drives qualified customers to the sales person that is performing. If you get into a rabbit whole for 1month they just wait for you to quit. - The salespeople are encouraged to steal the other's sale. Managers can steal your sale and nothing happens. - It's 100% comm. and has a draw, if there are service issues to be done on the sold RV, the value comes off your commission! - The service team isn't driven to fix all problems, sometimes encouraged to leave something that makes the customer come back and pay for service. - You have to learn about the Rvs on your own, sometimes some help from colleagues, but the rest is watching RV reviews on Youtube - This was the place I got to know what NEGATIVITY means - Nobody smiles in that place - don't have 401k - All white people - Encouraged to go everyday to work, the store is open 7 days a week, wont have a fixed time to leave for the day.
