None, all of their incentives are smoke and mirrors.

Cons

The company is so top heavy on area, district and regional managers that they take away from the very people that keep them in business, retail sales people. Retail is a dying breed. They either wake up and smell the coffee, terminate half their management and reinvest into boots on the ground ringing sales or the company will perish.

Honestly, none. This is the absolute worst authorized retailer anyone could work for.

Cons

Minimum wage for all sales reps, with incredibly high/unethical sales goals with unethical sales tactics. When you’re in management expect simply your salary minus any hours you worked under 40 hours for the week. They don’t increase the pay for over 40 hours either. The bonuses are not realistic because they will charge back the majority of it with no reference as to what the chargeback is for.

You were paid a salary pay being a store manager.

Cons

As salary employee you had to work a ton of hours and sometimes 6-7 days a week. Expectations for numbers were unachievable despite stores not being able to hit the those numbers ever. a ton of micromanagement from the district manager.
