Pros

Good coworkers really everything is a disaster here

Cons

Commission is ever changing, and never for the better. No growth opportunities unless you’re from the outside or friends with the director who is a micromanaging clown so disconnected from what the stores actually go through on a daily basis. No one knows how he got the position he is a sweet talker that talks in circles. The company doesn’t care about the store level employees. Makes them log every sale which is incredibly hard because they often are alone and they have them purposely understaffed. They don’t care about the safety of their employees and most other wireless retailers will refuse to open with one employee because they care. Add to the fact they change commission to in most cases reduce their pay by 800-1000 a month. Stands by this much too complicated commission structure that was obviously written by someone with either no experience in a store, or no experience in a mid to low level store, probably the first because this is what they do. But keep wasting the employees time with their understaffed stores having one after the next training calls on commission. They created flask cards it’s so complicated! They Hire people that have no business doing what they do, despite having very good internal candidates with far more experience. They need to start over and listen to the surveys people put in and do something about this upper management because you’re losing really good people needlessly! Don’t be too proud to call store staff and ask how they feel because most are looking for something else!

Don't trust the 5 stars.

Pros

Technically sounds as sales experience

Cons

All these 5 star reviews look like they were crafted by upper management. Same tone, patterning, and self bolstering we would hear on the calls. I don't think any of the other five star reviews on here are real.
