None, all of their incentives are smoke and mirrors.

Cons

The company is so top heavy on area, district and regional managers that they take away from the very people that keep them in business, retail sales people. Retail is a dying breed. They either wake up and smell the coffee, terminate half their management and reinvest into boots on the ground ringing sales or the company will perish.

Pros

Not commission only, you do get overtime pay if you click extra hours. The comp structure is clear and laid out. Over all a great place to work that focuses on advancement of the cards fit.

Cons

Training is a little sparse but trainers are nice.
