Pros

Decent hourly pay and easy work when it’s slow

Cons

Terrible commission plan and management running the company to the ground by pressuring employees to slam unwanted things on customer plans to get a commission check

Pros

If you like being stressed at work and at home then this company is for you.

Cons

This company lies to every person in the store and those that run the stores directly. Pay has been questionable since the start, never knowing how much you'll be paid on your check. For Management, shrink is taken from your pay which is illegal in some states. Was told to be quiet when raising questions about how my pay was being taken from me. Not our fault people in the world steal from the stores. Store Managers: work 6-7 days a week open to close. 8AM video meeting for goals, 11AM meeting on plan to make daily goal, 2PM meeting on why the store is not meeting the outrageous unobtainable goals set, 5PM meeting on getting the stores act together or find another job. Must sell to customers to get paid which takes commissions from Sales Reps and Assistant Managers. Minimum sales required to get paid what little pay they do give. Assistant Managers: Make less the sales reps but work like them with shrink taken from their pay too. Sales Reps: Lie to your customers enough to make the commission structure actually pay you our enough. Not enough sales reps to cover the sales floor. I saw a screenshot text thread of another Store Manager asking Upper Management for time off to go see their father in the hospital. The screenshot text thread was emailed out to the entire company as an example of how NOT to be a good Store Manager. Didn't see this store manager on our meeting calls anymore, I assume he does not work for the company. Disrespectful and grossly overstepping personal boundaries between Store Management to Upper Management. Bottom line, work elsewhere. False promises and unobtainable goals make this a failing career. If you like a happy life and not take work problems home, steer clear.
