It’s hard to list pros for such a boring low traffic job. I guess the commission is okay, but the goals to reach them is unattainable.

Cons

They pitch unlimited commissions but don’t disclose that your commission is a whole different check that comes 3 months after the fact. The store is in an awful location, and there isn’t enough traffic to even meet goal. They want the associates to sell dead products like cable, and then you get reprimanded if you don’t.

there are a few good people here

Cons

They make promises of huge payouts but if you cannot make perfect sales for the whole month you get nothing. Every sale must includem protection, next up and be on extra or premium. You also do not get paid if you don't make your new line goal which is impossibly high.

Well organized, structured, and always willing to adapt and change with employees feedback and concerns. Caring and people oriented leadership driven to be the best AR partner with AT&T and will certainly do so in short time given their talent pool, pay, and structure.

Cons

Due to being a new org, it can be a struggle to find opportunities quickly. As the company grows, the only con listed will be dissolved.
