Cons

Gotta love when you make an HR complaint and are told they will look into it. Then never hear anything back from anyone and instead of them doing anything about it, the person that sexually harassed you gets a promotion in the company. And instead of them making good changes for their employees they have lowered their opportunities for pay as well. And they have not done anything to make this company worth working for
