Pros

Not sure what I would say for the pro's I did not see many things that were worth speaking highly of. They have potential but need better leadership and staff.

Cons

They no longer pay commissions, no code of ethics, and very unprofessional. Lack of effective leadership. They don't value their employees or residents, very money hungry company.
