Blue Matter is an amazing place to work. The leadership team provides a ton of support and offers the option to work remotely / cater to individual needs. Significant focus is placed on maximizing employees' happiness. It is a great place to work if you enjoy working collaboratively and with really fun and smart people. No sense of competition, as the company is quickly growing and everyone has the potential to move up quickly. The benefits are also very competitive, and raises are given every 6 months (bi-annual review cycle).

Cons

Very little negative to say...there can be demanding days/weeks but other days/weeks you will have little to do, so it all balances out

Great people-first culture and a real commitment from leadership to try to support a happy team even in consulting. Smart, personable co-workers. Interesting and very strategic projects - real mix of clients and project questions across life sciences. Strong senior level support for areas of high team interest (opportunity to be an entrepreneur for new project types / new verticals within the company)

Cons

Dealing with a few growing pains - office space, team ratios etc Still consulting, so hours and overall pressure can be tough some of the time
