Pros
Blue Matter is far and away the best company I have worked for? They have as flat of a org structure as possible and truly care about their employees. My colleagues are smart, weird in the most interesting way, open to new ideas regardless of title and simply are friendly people - they genuinely care about their other colleagues. The work is very interesting with a strong focus on strategy to become a thought partner with all clients regardless of project type (i.e. market access, launch, other commercial projects).
Cons
The NY office has had a bit of change in leadership as of writing this (Q4 '21) but the change is likely for the best. The NY office did not have a good sense of identify, but with the change in leadership, I think we will find our true north
