Pros
Blue Mountain has been an amazing experience the 5 Months that I have worked here. The company is growing at a rapid pace but still has the small company feel that we all know and love. Upon starting, I was greeted by many individuals offering themselves as resources for whatever I needed help learning or understanding. Blue mountain is also great because everyone gets to interact with other departments. Being in Implementation Services, I get the ability to work with IT, Dev-Ops, Sales, Marketing, and many more departments. I get to learn more about those departments and if I feel that I would be a better asset to the company in a different department, I am able to have that conversation with my manager and have it be received well. They offer a fantastic work life balance and really value me as an employee. Not to mention the compensation is more than fair.
