Pros

A good place to start if you’re just out of school and certifications are encouraged. Most of the people I work with are really down to earth and kind.

Cons

This isn’t a great place to grow. The CEO isn’t great and expresses his political leanings too often. As an employee, I shouldn’t know that you’re against Palestinians.

Pros

As a remote first company there is zero expectation to commute. My team is well equipped to work well without micromanaging, and management seems attuned to our concerns. I’ve been far more productive here than my last job and I attribute that to being paid very well and having great management

Cons

Career advancement is slightly lacking, and Agile adoption is tough
