Pros

-Adapts well to employee skills & lifestyle (put people where they're interested and best suited to work) -Recognizes the need to support a work/life balance -Directors provide guidance and room to grow without micromanaging their teams -HR works very hard to maintain good benefits for all employees (healthcare, dental, vision, 401k)

Cons

-Limited but expanding room for career & financial growth within the organization. Career paths have been further developed over the past several years and this is turning around. Employees now have a chance to step up from entry level and increase their salary within a reasonable amount of time (1 year+). This is encouraging.

Pros

- Laid back atmosphere - Friendly co-workers - Good IT infrastructure - Flexible time off - Delicious company picnic once a quarter

Cons

- Lack of cross functional training and work - Silo'd departments prevent major improvements - Complete lack of vision and leadership from upper management - "Downtime" literally sit around and do nothing for weeks (fun at first, but frustrating for someone looking to build a career) - Terrible software architecture

Pros

From my first week and throughout, everyone has been welcoming and genuinely kind. The CEO’s focus on culture shows up in how people interact with each other. I feel comfortable asking questions and learning without judgement. It’s refreshing to be in an environment where the values aren’t just buzzwords and they are practiced daily.

Cons

Still learning systems as a new hire.
