Cons

Constant management changes that end up right back where they started. Never delivering on promised changes. Allowing some of the best technicians, machinists, and programmers to leave without any attempt to counter. Losing talent faster than gaining it

Challenging and fast paced. Lots of opportunities to directly contribute to hardware and certification of components actually going to space.

Cons

Management does not insulate you from schedule pressure from all the way up to the CEO and Jeff, and if you're unlucky enough to work on a high priority item, expect to work long hours, be discouraged from taking PTO, and constantly answer for why you are behind.
