Pros

* you will see Peter's principle fail because people in leadership have risen two or three levels above their level of incompetence * Work on space stuff and general availability of funds to get any tool you want

Cons

* Low salaries * Poor management * Leadership has fostered a bad engineering culture * Very egoistic people

Pros

There are some fantastic engineers and scientists here who are ding groundbreaking work.

Cons

They tout perks, like bring your dog to work. Unless you work on New Glenn off campus. Facilities believes mini fridges are an electrical fire hazard and has banned them. Our gym memberships have been revoked starting in January so we are encouraged to use the headquarters gym with no parking and a totally unreliable shuttle bus service to and from the gym. And we have no parking. We have less and less decision making authority. Leadership is instilling processes with little forethought of the effect and how these ill thought processes are slowing progress. So, we have turned into a large aerospace company with the worst processes and decisions in the industry and have sub-par facilities.

Pros

Employee-friendly policies on dogs at work, PTO, good benefits. There's a rocket factory on site and some cool paraphernalia from sci-fi movies.

Cons

Very political environment. Just as slow-moving and incompetent as every other big aerospace company, but with a more arrogant attitude. Everything is a slave to the schedule, causing inter-department bickering and a lot of blame to fall on whichever group is not politically positioned to throw it on someone else.
