Cool Projects

Pros

Jeff's going gang busters on creating a space system. Always a cool new project to work on. Really good engineers to work with. Dynamic environment, maybe not for everyone, but things change and keeps it interesting.

Cons

Management has completely urealistic expectations, which makes them completely out of touch. It's so far out of alignmnet they are not taken seriously so it's hard to align projects and get resources. But their hands are tied by Jeff. He's the one in charge.

Pros

Great engineers, equipment, facilities, computers, mentorship, mission, benefits

Cons

Compare to Spacex, Blue offers zero equity. very low compensation, long hours sometimes, management get bonus but not level 1, 2, 3 engineers. Compare with other space companies where all full-time employees get RSUs,

Good pay

Pros

The pay is the best around.

Cons

I got stuck on B shift which is terrible. I was told I would be moved to my preferred shift within a year and it hadn’t happened. Leadership is terrible.
