      Unstructured but a ton of fun

      Good work life balance in general. Ton of hands on work and a ton of responsibility for really meaningful tasks.

      Cons

      Unstructured completely. Really still finding our footing for 5+ years now. Managers have way to many direct reports, and there is no real sustainable progress to your career or individual growth.
