      -Good pay for an entry level job -No school needed

      Cons

      -Over the top interview process -higher ups target someone to make example out of them -open ended promises -trigger happy write ups -night shift does nothing -hardware is limited and takes a long time to restock

      Pros

      Some engineering groups are great and want to work together to drive down costs. Innovative work scope. Lots of celebrations for company successes.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Management talks negatively about employees to other employees. Yearly reviews ask for positive and negative feedback. If management has issues they will focus on only negative feedback. Gossip is rampant within teams. If one person knows something then everyone knows what’s going on. Extreme time commitment is expected. Work life balance is not a thing. Direction from executive management changes as it goes down to first line management. No opportunities for upward growth.
