      Pros

      Blue origin has amazing manufacturing facilities with state of the art tools and equipment. Blue is having a lot of success right now with the recent Vulcan launch and BE-4 engine development.

      Cons

      Biggest turn-off at Blue is the "woke" culture.

      Pros

      An overall fun place with a good atmosphere. The company has a strong sense of urgency but generally good work-life balance. Simultaneously too much red and and also not nearly enough. Employees are generally pretty happy and enjoy their jobs, but at the same time there will be no shortage of frustrated rants.

      Cons

      Some parts of the company are great places to be, others can be a grind (project/team/manager based) and its hard to know until you're in the door. But the unhappy people are generally in the minority.
