      Pros

      The actual people doing the work are great.

      Cons

      The company has no odea how to become a manufacturer. They've been focused on research for long and now that they're trying to sell things, they are a dumpster fire. Senior management is toxic and amd have no idea how to do work. Everyone is expendable and their work processes are backwards. This company has a long way to go to be successful. Attrition is very high right now and management doesn't care. Hiring freeze is on and they're letting go of people for poor performance, even though they provide zero training and have unrealistic expectations. I would avoid this place for at least another 5 years. New Glenn is probably not going to launch in 2024.

      Good pay decent benefits, free drinks and snacks

      Cons

      There is a culture of production/work first, people last. Management and the safety organization idolizes the dystopian Amazon warehouse environment where people are expendable and micromanaged to the point where they're afraid to take a dump at work. I hear there may have been time when it was a great work environment but, the 2022 hiring surge brought in a lot tyrannical Amazon managers and exceeding incompetent Boeing bean counters.

      I love coming to work on advanced space technology! Management takes care of people here.

      Cons

      Although management are interested in their people, they are out of touch with what is happening on the production floor.
