      Pros

      Free Drinks and Snacks Good Benefits Package Climate Controlled. If you are an unmotivated individual that does not care about performance, results, or actually being productive you will love the place.

      Cons

      Workload - impossible - you could work 5,000 hours a year and you would be no more productive. Support- Nonexistent Training - what training? Raises are well below most employers. Better get your money up front If you enjoy being on a winning team and are a high performer you will come to despise the place within a few months when you realize that all of your efforts are in vain.

      Pros

      Amazing work and mission with great people. Slower pace than SpaceX, but faster and more of a start up feel than some of the older aerospace companies. The company has a lot of younger employees and has a friendly but professional culture. Dogs are allowed in the office, which is a great perk!
