      Pros

      -Changing the culture of Aerospace -huge diversity promotion -great parental leave - great benefits -great community culture -lots of areas to choose from to work

      Cons

      - no bonuses -terrible pay raises -terrible mentorship for new grads not in the rotation program -terrible upper management (though that's changing) -no central communication - ME org is over work and understaffed causing issues with timeline, burnout, and employee moral

      Rockets are cool but information management is a nightmare

      Pros

      Rockets are cool. They have mountains of test experience and data. The test team is unbelievably competent. Blue Origin has a lot of inertia and they will eventually make things work. Its a great training ground and provides ample room for employee growth.

      Cons

      Information management is way too confusing. Documentation is lax and rework is constant. Past turnover continues to plague current efforts. Tribal knowledge is endemic in various pockets of engineering. Some people are really smart and others are not. Teams have grown substantially in recent years but the fruit of that growth is anything but apparent. They haemorrhage talent due to poor managerial decisions.
