Great benefits and pay. Perks are awesome plus who doesn't love to build rocket ships?

Cons

If you are gay or transgender, you will NOT get promoted, transferred, and you will get passed over for a raise. I did not come out until after I had been working here 6 months. Everything changed. This company is for straight people only. HR department is useless to help. And who is going to go up against Jeff Bazo.

-Work life balance -Pay -cool work

Cons

-Company is progressing slowly which can be disappointing compared to SpaceX but the people that work there don't have as much work life balance. It's a trade off on what's most important to you.

Loved working from home, and working with my team.

Cons

Con was not getting a full time position! :( And when you were sick you had to log in and set your whole away message on email and coordinate with other RCs on who could do your interview set ups yourself. It would be best if management was able to help support that part but overall it was a good experience.
