      A lot of perks at the office, flexible schedule when starting your day, the managers really try to invite you to be yourself.

      Cons

      At times there are long hours and a lot of pressure to get things done. Budget depends on the organization that you are in.

      The Vision is worth it

      Pros

      Your team cares about you, we look out for each other where possible. We're not looking for perfection, just better than yesterday. The vision can't be beat, and we give engineers a large degree of responsibility with the tools and support to wield that responsibility.

      Cons

      Its a big company with the problems that come with that (scaling, communication), compounded with some of the problems of a startup (documentation, methods, etc). Those problems are slowly being fixed and improved but its still a con in the meantime.
