Pros

interesting work, good culture, good work/life balance

Cons

WFH policy is unclear and dependent on individual teams, there is no financial incentive to stay longer than 3 years (only incentive is 3 year 401k vesting cliff), no equity, no bonus incentives, only 4-5% yearly raise

Pros

It has the potential to be great, but senior leadership needs to be replaced.

Cons

The CEO, Bob Smith, is an out of touch, controlling, and incompetent leader. Every time a new policy is instituted, it draws nearly universal ire because of how draconian and poorly thought out it is. Most recently, they're requiring 5 days a week in the office even if that means you stare at Teams meetings the whole time.
