      Pros

      Free coffee, desk chair swivels (if you are lucky enough to have a desk) pay checks cash, cool ideas and big plans for the future

      Cons

      In general, this place has no strategic plan or direction. Blue is the most well funded space company and yet we can’t get anything done. So frustrating. No parking

      Don’t trust HR when you reach out for help with harassment concerns. You will get fired.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for independent thinking and making early foundational contributions. Leadership principles are legit - folks who buy into them tend to excel and leadership does a good job of recognizing them for it. The mission is also really exciting. 4 weeks PTO, paid holidays, 8 weeks paid bonding leave with additional recovery leave for mothers, tuition assistance after a year of employment.

      Cons

      Massive growth comes with growing pains. Program projections are often out of touch with reality. For better or worse there seems to be a wide scale disconnect from what would be considered sound project management principles. Most folks at the company have been there less than a year and there are not many well established effective processes. This tends to lead to a pretty chaotic and often ineffective work environment. Executive leadership is pushing hard to get everyone into the office full time. For most people this means driving to a local office to telework with colleagues at other sites.
