Undefined roles and responsibilities, management is absolutely terrible the last couple years, sense of survival of the fittest within the team.

Major changes come with no warning. In the 1.5 years I've been here, there have been two rounds of layoffs. An average of one person left my group every other month. Layoffs given via zoom meetings - "everyone check your email in an hour to see if you've been laid off". Felt like some kind of intimidation tactic. Leadership felt incredibly disingenuous. We are getting yelled at to work faster, but not given any stock options (they used to then stopped, told us stocks were a "lottery ticket" and not to expect anything). "X program is speeding up" a few months later it's cancelled, everyone laid off. Work sites would be closed down with no notice. People asked to move everything with no notice.
