Pros

Good pay and nice facilities.

Cons

Excessive idle time! There are no set standards to any of the processes. Work instructions are old outdated and not representative of actual builds. Unrealistic expectations of product delivery due to parts availability, broken processes and lack of engineering staff. Unbalanced personnel between shifts. Too many on 1st shift and severely understaffed on all the other shifts. Very few experienced aerospace technicians are being hired. Operations and engineering are not on the same page in regards to production schedules. Training of new hires is non-existent outside of annual online training and initial classroom training.

Pros

Getting to contribute every day to solving interesting problems, contributing directly to human space launch capability (specifically propulsion development for those who work on engines). Decent benefits and compensation.

Cons

Schedules can often be unrealistic and many processes are still in development due to the companies rapid growth and relatively short history. Engineers pull double duty on process and workforce development.
