Pros

Good Pay Benefits # of Holidays Clean Workplace & Climate Controlled Good equipment/tools

Cons

This isn't a place for everyone. If you are results driven, you could burn out quickly depending on your position. Everyone has a different experience at Blue. Your experience will depend a lot on your management and coworkers' behaviors.

Good if you have the right job, horrible if you have the wrong one.

Pros

This company values people who deliver hardware. If you spend your days designing, building, assembling, testing or flying hardware, and you're good at your job, it's a great place work.

Cons

If you do anything else- buying parts, implementing standards, HR, finance, management, any of it- the disdain level is through the roof. The company thinks bright people need no supporting infrastructure to be successful. Not true for a 300' rocket.
