Pros

Pay is decent, benefits are as well. Flexible time off, and the work is interesting.

Cons

Piss-poor management. Unilaterally decide that the most experienced people get moved to shifts they can’t work due to family commitments. Zero compassion for their employees. A “if you don’t like it, there’s the door” attitude. God forbid you speak up about things that are wrong or unfair. You’ll be punished for it. Terrible organization to get production up and running. Management has no idea what you do or how to do what you do. So disconnected, and is perfectly fine with watching the best people walk out the door just to make themselves look good.

Pros

The job is hard, the pace is furious, but the work is ridiculously inspiring.

Cons

Blue origin is missing a few pieces of the puzzle to make a well oiled machine. That's why they need help. Finding a way to fill the voids will make you successful.
