      Pros

      Good pay for experienced employees. Note entry level engineers will find the stocks and salaries at other companies more competitive. Decent work life balance: 45 - 50 hours a week and on average for most employees. Highly talented lower level employee base. Good training programs. Great career broadening opportunities.

      Cons

      Senior and executive leadership lacks empathy, technical competency, strategic vision, and ability to deliver results. Company is very far behind many other competitors, including other traditional aerospace companies Stocks are worthless and are used as a false recruiting tactic. Company has a very bureaucratic and inefficient organization structure. The company is very top heavy. There are issues with toxicity and integrity within the company.

      Pay and benefits but it seems like blood money

      Cons

      Everyone who is loved, highly competent, and makes an impact... gets mysteriously fired. Not a week goes by without someone being escorted out by the security department. Beware!

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow and develop; Need to be able to handle ambiguity and inconsistent support. Totally inspirational vision from Jeff.

      Cons

      Leadership is deaf and blind when employees raise concerns. Once you raise an issue, you might as well have pinned on a scarlet letter. Some leaders want to hear, but the majority do not want to hear anything except happy platitudes that eventually show to be the empty dreams of the leaders when timelines slide and projects fail.
