      Growing Pains but overall great place to work

      Pros

      - The work is incredibly challenging, interesting, and impactful - The people are amazing. It's not an over exaggeration to say these are the some of the brightest people in our country, at least in the engineering group. Many also are down to earth and enjoy mentoring and teaching - Some benefits are good, but they seem to really care about improving them every year. Case in point is the fact that the 401k match got bumped from 4% to 5% and they included some new perks like home, auto, and pet insurance. - Health benefits are on par with other aerospace companies. Not great but not bad either - They are starting to shift their focus on really supporting early career workers and it shows.

      Cons

      - Blue is growing like crazy right now and sometimes it can be chaotic. - PR at Blue sucks - The senior leadership at Blue needs improvement. They say they are improving but actions speak louder than words. - Not really a con but stock options are useless. Blue compensates by paying a higher salary/giving bonuses.
