Pros

Strong bias for safety, employees are empowered and encouraged to speak up. Strong company vision and goals. Leadership has a strong desire to continuously improve working conditions and employee compensation. Very talented, kind, compassionate, and long-term vision oriented employees. Exciting work, easy to get inspiration when hearing about new projects spinning up, a sense that anything is possible. Get to work-on and look at rockets and space hardware every day, what a time to be alive!

Cons

HR team is stretched thin, lots of desire to do good but limited bandwidth to do those things. Understandable when the company is growing at its current rate. High contractor/full-time ratio, leads to a sense of 'otherness' among colleagues. Nature of the work means that there will always be a bias towards working on-site, rockets don't get built without hands on wrenches.
