      Great leaders here and there. Solid scope of work. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      I can't explain how poor the HR organization is at Blue Origin. Their support is non existent but they maintain an iron grip on processes that make no sense. They use fear and retaliation as a mechanism for any criticism of their work. Most of the good members of that team have left leaving the toxic aftermath in its place.
