Pros

You can work with some of the best engineers.

Cons

Top Level Leadership is out of touch and making more and more mistakes. There is no way I would ever go back to this place.

Pros

Blue Origin has an incredibly strong mission and is making progress in achieving its goals. Leadership is evolving month over month as we get more and more clear direction in what is next for the company. A lot of talented individuals and teams to work with.

Cons

Lack of coordination across the organization at the leadership level leading to competition within the company. All the challenges that come with rapid growth.

Pros

Competitive Starting pay. Good espresso beans.

Cons

Authoritarian vertical structure. People use delegating to establish their territory. People managers with specifically trained micromanaging skills. Only vertical flow-downs with no lateral communications or buy-ins. Manufacturing system is outdated. Incompetent people make job territorial rather than collegial so that others will have hard time following the procedure( for job security). Leadership lies and does not try to listen to concerns of working people.
