      You have a job where management sucks the life out of you especially if you are an engineer. Never seen so many people leave a company before finishing even a year at Blue. Be mindful of the arguable 5 star rosy reviews being put up by recruiting on Glassdoor to improve company and CEO ratings.

      Pros

      We are literally building the future. Even though we may have just reached our 20 year anniversary, Blue is still in a very formative state with a huge opportunity to be a part of shaping the future of spaceflight. Work/life balance has been good for me. I have had many opportunities to prove myself and be rewarded with career advancement. I have great mobility within the company to work on interesting and high-profile projects all over the organization.

      Cons

      Change management could use some growth. Benefits are not as good as previous firms I’ve been at.
