      There is excitement there but be careful

      Cons

      If you are in an administrative position, there is a good chance you will not last more than 3 years. They like to remove people before they are vested in their 401K

      * Management isn't great - seems like nobody is on the same page * Felt like a number * Felt like a number (not a typo, they did a good job at making you feel like a number so if that's what you're looking for, then you've found the place :) )

      Good Benefits and Good Pay with a 10/4 schedule.

      Cons

      Poor Management at almost every echelon. at some of the lowest levels of management leaders are so disconnected from the employees that they seem to rely on peer review to decide if an employee should be hired or fired.
