Pros

* Great mission that is inspiring * Very smart and capable individuals * Nice office space

Cons

* Management does not understand software or how modern development practices can help unlock huge potential in automation and data analysis. Still locked in traditional aerospace mindset and waterfall practices. * Very high attrition rate due to bad hires at med and top levels

Pros

Building rockets is amazing and the mission is really inspiring.

Cons

Can't keep Sr. Leaders and the turn over rate is embarrassing. Bob Smith is completely out of touch and never leaves his ivory tower. This is the only company I've ever worked for where you're practically forbidden to speak with Sr. Leaders! Hopefully Jeff Bezos will step in at some point and get this company functioning correctly so employees will stop running out the door.

Pros

You get to work on cool projects and parts

Cons

Poor management, poor mobility, poor alignment of company and employee goals and incentives. No vision, and a fad mentality of jumping on any project that looks like it will have lucrative contracts. No development of core competencies.
